OVERVIEW
Redberry Retreat is conveniently located near Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake and Hochatown area attractions, restaurants and shopping. As you enter the fully furnished farmhouse cabin, on the main level you'll find an impressive floor to ceiling gas fireplace. The living area features upscale modern and farmhouse décor including plenty of comfy seating. The dining area features seating for 8. The full kitchen includes all the appliances and cookware guests need to make their favorite meals! As a bonus, guests will find a small kitchenette downstairs that offers an additional full fridge and seating for 4.

Just off the main living area is a king bedroom with TV and large bathroom with a huge walk-in shower and soaking tub. On the main level guest will also find the laundry closet and a half bath.

On the third level guests will find two additional suites. Both king suites feature TVs and private baths. Each and every bedroom in the modern farmhouse features high-end luxury mattresses, fine pillows and linens, and smart TVs to ensure the utmost comfort of our guests.

Downstairs guests will also find a bunkroom to your left with 4 custom built queen bunk beds, pool table, 3 gaming arcades, and shuffle board! Off the bunkroom, is a mini bunkroom that features a custom queen over queen bunkbed. Additionally, the downstairs features a kitchenette that offers a fridge and sink located for guest convenience. There is access to the lower level deck off of the bunkroom. The deck features a sofa sectional, gas fireplace, HD Smart TV, 8 person hot tub, and propane grill. A full bath is located on the lower level.

Enjoy the spectacular views while relaxing on the spacious private covered deck. Outside you'll find another fireplace to cozy up to while enjoying nature. The outside living offers a TV, sectional seating, dining areas, outdoor games, hot tub, and grill. Off the bottom deck you’ll find a fire pit with Adirondack chairs.

The cabin features 4 bedrooms and includes 3 king bedrooms and 1 bunkroom featuring 6 queen bunkbeds. It has 4 full baths and 1 half bath and comfortably sleeps 18 guests in beds. All bedrooms have private or semi-private bathrooms and all beds feature premium linens and luxury mattresses.

A starter supply of snacks, coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap are provided, but guest may need to bring additional supplies.
