Rise & Shine is conveniently located on Carter Mountain with a trail at the end of the street that goes directly into the Ouachita National Forest. It is also near Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake and Hochatown area attractions, restaurants and shopping. As you enter the modern farmhouse cabin with design elements combining metal, wood, and warm leather couches, you'll be surrounded by nature in a great room that boasts expansive vaulted ceilings, 3 walls of floor-to-ceiling windows with magnificent views, a massive stone fireplace, and two stunning chandeliers!
The kitchen features upscale décor including a reclaimed pine dining table with seating for 8, and leathered granite island with seating for 6 . The full kitchen includes all the appliances and cookware to make your favorite meals featuring a gas range and under cabinet and upper cabinet lighting! Beautiful farmhouse half bath off kitchen for added convenience.
Just off the great room on the main level is the master suite with vaulted beamed ceilings, a beautiful set of barn doors, a king size bed with luxury mattress and linens, 55” TV, lined drapes, and breathtaking views. The private master bathroom features vaulted ceiling with modern chandelier, a double vanity, a large walk-in shower with rain head and an oversized relaxing soaking tub to allow any stress to just melt away!

For the convenience of guests, a laundry closet with a mega-sized washer and dryer is located on the main level.

Enjoy the spectacular views while relaxing on the spacious covered 40’ x 17’deck located on the main level which offers two living spaces. The first is an outdoor kitchen/dining area with stoned in large upscale BBQ with side burner, round table that sets 6, and a bar top overlooking the spectacular view with bar stools. Enjoy your meals in the shade while taking in a game on the 55” TV. The second larger living area offers a stunning fireplace, another 55” TV, a comfy large patio set as well as two loungers that get sun in the morning hours. Enjoy the serene views, or gaze at the stars on this fabulous deck!

Off this deck you’ll find a raised fire pit area and horse shoe pit, which gives the same feeling as an infinity edged swimming pool, with an amazing view of the mountain range in the national forest. Adirondack chairs surround the fire pit and you will enjoy ambiance of the party lights while enjoying tasty smores!
Back inside on the lower level you will find a common game room off the stairs and private bunk room and full bathroom.

The separate bunk room features two built-in queen beds with 2 twin beds above, with a staircase in-between adding privacy, and four large deep drawers provide additional storage. Each bed offers a storage cubby with an electric outlet, and each guest will enjoy having their own personal light on a dimmer switch. The room also has a smart TV. The bath offers a 60”vanity with two sinks and a tub/shower combination.

The common game room is also full of windows taking in the view of the creek line and mountain range and showcases a stunning slate fireplace. This room is sure to provide hours of entertainment and memories with friends or family! It features a pool table, gaming table for 4, 55” TV, and American Leather full plus sleeper sofa (the most comfortable sleeper sofa available), plus additional seating.

That's not it! This cabin also features a lower level deck off the game room with stunning views, an oversized hot tub that seats 6, a sectional sofa, rocking chairs, corn hole and party lights. Oh what fun you will have!

The cabin features 2 plus bedrooms and includes 1 private king bedroom, separate bunk, and game room to comfortably sleep 10 guests in beds. All beds feature premium linens and luxury mattresses.

• At no time are Fireworks Permitted

• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water-shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sun block, and other first-aid supplies.
• Condiments--Please Note: A starter supply of snacks, coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, herbs/spices, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap are provided, but guest may need to bring additional supplies.
