BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
General Cancellation Policy for properties managed:
- GENERAL This is a privately owned Home / rental facility and the Property Management company, VF Marketing Ltd., offers it for rent based on the Terms and Conditions in this website and the terms and conditions document that has been emailed to renting guest or guests. By visiting this page, you have reviewed the cancellation policies.
- RESTRICTIONS The Guest agrees to follow the restrictions set forth by the Property Manager and shall be responsible for any and all guests, for adherence to these Term and Conditions.
- PAYMENT Bookings shall be confirmed in writing by e-mail by the Property Manager or the Online Travel Agency (OTA) it was booked with, having approved of their application and on receipt of credit card payment (Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover) that will be charged no later than 48 hours before your Check-in date and time, or be in receipt of and completed e-Transfer of funds or cash, for the full amount due for your reservation, including all sundry charges and taxes. The balance is due and payable no later than 24 hours prior on date of arrival. The issuance of written confirmation to the Guest by the Property Manager or booking OTA shall complete a binding contract between the Guest and the Property Manager. All payments are made by Credit Card or through other Online Booking Agency means.
- CHANGES IN ACCOMMODATION Request to make changes to earlier planned accommodations can be made on request, the earlier the better and will be accommodated based on availability.
- CANCELLATION If you need to cancel or modify your booking, this must be done at least 120 hours before your Check-in time and date, or as stated in the OTA’s listing terms. Any cancellation or reduced length of stay made after the cut-in date and time, you will be charged the full reservation fee.
