The Withers is convenient to Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake and Hochatown area attractions, restaurants and shopping. As you enter the cozy, fully furnished farmhouse style cabin, on the main level you'll find open concept living room featuring a floor to ceiling gas fireplace, 50-inch smart TV. The dining room features seating for 8 between the dining table, and island. The full kitchen includes all appliances and cookware you'll need to make your favorite meals. Around the corner is the laundry complete with a washer/dryer and a half bathroom.

On the main level you will find a private king suite with private bath and oversized luxury walk-in shower, and private floor to ceiling gas fireplace situated in front of the king size bed. What better way to start your morning off than coffee in bed... fireside. The king suite features high-end luxury mattress, fine pillows, and linens to ensure the utmost comfort. Each room features HDTV Smart TVs.

Enjoy the spectacular views while relaxing on the spacious covered deck located on the main level. Outside you'll find another fireplace to cozy up on the outdoor sofa and lounge chair while enjoying the serene views, or gaze at the stars while relaxing in the 6 person hot tub. The outside lower living also offers a TV, down the stairs you’ll find a fire pit with 7 Adirondack chairs, horseshoes, custom built swing set, and corn hole!

Back inside on the second level you will find a cozy, second living area featuring a custom built-in bunkbed with a queen over King matress, leather sofa, 2 additional high back chairs, 50 inch Smart TV, and a custom built arcade gaming console. The living opens up to a second story balcony, featuring seating for 8 around a gas firepit. The second story also features a private queen suite with luxury private bath and sizable walk-in stone shower.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
The cabin features 1 private king bedroom, 1 private queen bedroom, second living area with a bunkbed featuring a queen and king matress. It has 2.5 baths and comfortably sleeps 8 guests in beds. All beds feature premium linens and luxury mattresses.

• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.

A starter supply of coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap are provided, but guest may need to bring additional supplies.

Guests will have full private access to the cabin. Guests will access the cabin via smartlock system using a secure pin code that will be sent prior to arrival via text and email.

Guests do not have access to owner's closet, cleaning closet, some cabinets in kitchen and laundry room, and garage.

A digital guest guidebook will be sent to guests prior to their stay. It includes check in/out details, driving directions, a detailed cabin manual, area restaurants & recommendations, and more!
