GATHERING SPACE
Upon entering Cannonball Cove, guests are welcomed by a spacious game room featuring a billiards table for friendly competition and a convertible poker table complete with chips. The poker table easily transforms into additional dining space, making it perfect for larger groups and game nights alike.

The open-concept great room brings everyone together beneath soaring vaulted ceilings, centered around a cozy gas fireplace and a thoughtfully designed seating area with multiple sofas and a loveseat. Whether you're watching the big game, enjoying a movie night, or simply relaxing after a day at the lake, the large TV mounted above the fireplace creates the perfect gathering spot.

Just beyond the living area, the dining space features seating for 10 and flows seamlessly into the chef's kitchen and oversized island with seating for 6. Combined with the convertible poker table and additional corner seating, the cabin can comfortably accommodate up to 23 guests for meals and gatherings.

Designed for both style and functionality, the fully equipped chef's kitchen features granite countertops, a large island, electric 5-burner range, double ovens, microwave, dishwasher, towering vent hood, and two full-size refrigerator/freezers with ice dispensers. A spacious pantry provides plenty of room for groceries and vacation essentials. Just outside, a propane gas grill near the pool deck makes outdoor cooking and entertaining effortless.

For added convenience, the main level includes a half bath and full-size washer and dryer. A second full-size washer and dryer is located in the bunk room bathroom, providing ample laundry capacity for larger groups and extended stays.

BEDROOMS & SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS (SLEEPS 23)
This cabin offers a thoughtfully designed layout ideal for large families and groups, with every bedroom featuring its own private bathroom, along with premium mattresses and luxury linens throughout.

Perfect for large groups and multi-family getaways, this oversized bunk room features six queen beds and a private bathroom with a full-size washer and dryer. Designed as a fun retreat of its own, the space includes three electronic arcade machines, a large Smart TV, a comfortable loveseat, and a game table. *Board games are provided for guest enjoyment; however, we cannot guarantee all games will contain every piece. If there is a specific game your group would like to play, we recommend bringing your own.

Step outside and enjoy true resort-style living. The expansive outdoor space features a private swimming pool, making Cannonball Cove a standout destination for summer stays and group gatherings. Lounge poolside during the day, cool off with a swim, enjoy a game a pool volleyball, or transition effortlessly to evening relaxation on the covered patio.

The outdoor living spaces are designed for relaxation and gathering. Two covered patios provide plenty of room to spread out, including one with a six-person dining table, gas fireplace, and ceiling fan, and another featuring comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and ceiling fan. Unwind in the six-person hot tub under the stars, challenge friends to horseshoes or cornhole, or gather around the fire pit for s'mores and storytelling. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to create unforgettable moments with family and friends.

• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments

A starter supply of snacks, coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap are provided, but guest may need to bring additional supplies.

Guests will have full private access to the cabin. Guests will access the cabin via smartlock system using a secure pin code that will be sent prior to arrival via text and email.
