Welcome to “Raise ‘Em Up,” a mountain modern cabin perched on Carter Mountain, offering a blend of high-end amenities and natural charm. This expansive cabin comfortably accommodates up to 22 guests across 6 bedrooms, including 4 king suites and 2 bunk rooms! Guests can enjoy a spacious game room equipped with a pool table, shuffleboard, and a poker table or the pickleball/basketball court outside. On top of all the amenities, you will not find better views than from the top deck!

Annual trip
What a fabulous cabin and even more fabulous weekend!! Raise’em Up was perfect for our group. This was our 5th annual trip and 5 different cabins but we decided this is the one we want every year moving forward!!! This cabin had so many amenities that we didn’t get a chance to enjoy them all!!! Thank you for a beautiful place to enjoy a weekend away.
Gorgeous cabin!
This cabin was amazing. It had so many perks and the views were amazing.
Several things noted: the blender did not work, the drip coffee maker was not working correctly- we used K cups. Kitchen could use a larger non-stick skillet to fry bacon or cook ground beef for meals.
Wedding
The cabin itself was almost perfect. A very nice luxury cabin with everything you’d need. We chose this cabin for the bedroom layouts and the patio size. We had a nice wedding on the top patio with the perfect view. Here comes the bad part…. As we were doing our reception and cooking/ grilling and taking pictures outside… the septic system starts putting out the worst smell you’d ever want but will doing it during a wedding event, wasn’t too happy. Around 8-9 pm, why not have the system go off in the middle off night when everyone is sleeping?… and the house is so big and maybe just one water heater, even if you were the first to take shower/ bath.. you had to wait 10 mins for hot water to reach your bathroom.. besides that, the cabin was perfect! 4.8/5.0 ⭐️⭐️

Raise Em Up
We have been doing our larger family vacation for over 10 years, the challenge has always been finding a house to accommodate us..
We loved the house and how much space it provided. We really appreciated how quick the management team responded to a few minor issues we had.
The house was very clean and well maintained.
We do have one complaint and a few suggestions. Unless I missed it in the information emails you sent, we had no idea about the road leading to the house, it was terrible and if we would have driven our sports car, we would have not been able to make it to the house. There needs to be a notification to your guest about the condition of the road.
We utilize the kitchen a ton during our stays, we would have liked to have had a better selection of pots/pans and there were no dish towels or a broom in the kitchen, we keep things clean during our stay.
We would 100% stay at a Tinstar property again. In fact my wife and I do trips with just the two of us and will look for one of your smaller properties for a future stay.
Perfect for large families
This beautiful place was perfect for 16 of us. Our favorite parts were the HUGE porches on both levels, the pickleball court, the game room and the multiple fridges and washer/dryers.
Church Small Group Retreat
Accommodations made for an unforgettable weekend. With four families and kids it was surprisingly quiet. Plenty of space and activities to occupy kids and adults a like and foster good conversations and fellowship. We all wanted to take the beds and pillows home with us and the private bathrooms were great too. Modern clean decor was relaxing. Well stocked kitchen as we cooked in all but one meal at Greatful Head. Looking forward to coming back soon.
