This area is tastefully decorated with upscale modern and farmhouse touches, featuring a comfortable leather sectional perfectly positioned for enjoying the TV.
The seamless flow from the living area to the dining space and kitchen ensures that guests can socialize and dine with ease. The formal dining table, set for 8, invites guests to share meals together, while the fully equipped kitchen, complete with updated appliances and cookware, makes meal preparation a delight.
On the main level, guests will also find the laundry closet and a half bath.
For entertainment and relaxation, venture downstairs to discover a versatile space that serves both as a bunk room and an entertainment hub. This area is outfitted with a pool table, shuffleboard table, and multiple arcade games, providing endless fun for guests of all ages. There is access to the lower-level deck off of the bunkroom.

• BEDROOMS: SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
The cabin features 4 bedrooms and includes 3 king bedrooms and 1 bunkroom with 6 queen bunkbeds. It has 4 full baths and 1 half bath, ensuring all bedrooms have private or semi-private bathrooms. All beds feature premium linens and luxury mattresses. Comfortably sleeps 18 guests in beds.
Nestled just off the main living space, the Master Suite at Redberry Retreat is a haven of comfort, featuring a King Bed set with a premium mattress and luxury linens for a restful night's sleep. The suite is complete with a dresser and a flat-screen TV, blending convenience with entertainment. The en suite Master Bathroom elevates the luxury with a vast walk-in shower and a soaking tub, offering a spa-like experience.
Ascend to the top floor, where two additional king suites await, each equipped with smart TVs for guest entertainment and private bathrooms, ensuring a secluded and tranquil retreat for every guest.
Descending to the bottom floor, guests are greeted with the ultimate group accommodation—a bunk room boasting 3 custom-built Queen Bunk beds, translating to 6 Queen beds in total. This room is designed for fun, integrating a pool table, gaming arcade systems, and shuffleboard for endless entertainment.
The inclusion of a kitchenette and direct access to the lower deck enhances the living experience, while a full bathroom on the same level adds convenience to this dynamic space. Redberry Retreat’s outdoor spaces are thoughtfully designed across multiple levels, creating a true creekside oasis for relaxation and play. On the lower level, guests can unwind in the hot tub or gather on the expansive outdoor sectional around a cozy fireplace with a smart TV—perfect for evenings under the stars. This level also features a custom oversized playset, offering a fun and engaging space for kids to enjoy while adults relax nearby. An outdoor grill with propane is also available, making cooking outdoors easy and enjoyable.
The second level offers a different kind of outdoor experience, with rocking chairs, cornhole, a foosball table, and picnic tables—ideal for games, conversation, and meals in the fresh air.
To complete the experience, the fire pit area invites guests to gather, share stories, and enjoy the warmth, while the nearby horseshoe pit adds a touch of friendly competition—all set against the natural beauty of the creekside surroundings.

• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.

A starter supply of snacks, coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap are provided, but guests may need to bring additional supplies.
