Willow Fork Cabin Stay!
We can not say enough of how much we thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful, luxury cabin. It is not like any other cabin we have stayed at so far and would love to return! Each room was intricately detailed and designed with its own features and characteristics. We took full advantage of the gathering spaces, the game room, the hot tubs and multiple decks that allowed us to take in the beautiful pine and creek views. We had a couple of things that occured during our stay and the management team quickly responded and accommodated what was needed. They were great! There was only one suggestion we would have and that would be to get a second coffee pot to help better accommodate the amount of pple this cabin accommodates. We were so very blessed to have this time of fellowship at the Willow Fork cabin, it was an experience we will never forget! -Ray of Hope Women’s Ministries

My 30th Birthday Halloween Trip
We stayed here with a group of 26 friends to celebrate my 30th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The cabin is spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed — every detail feels luxurious yet cozy. The kitchen and outdoor spaces were amazing for group meals, and we loved gathering around the firepit for hotdogs and spooky stories under the stars.
We hosted a themed Halloween weekend complete with a costume contest, a catered vampire murder mystery dinner, and a full homemade brunch bar each morning. The layout of the cabin made it so easy for everyone to be together without feeling crowded, and the décor, lighting, and amenities truly made it feel like a resort in the woods. From the massive living area to the private decks and the game room, everything exceeded our expectations. It made turning 30 absolutely magical.
Wonderful Home away from Home
We enjoyed our stay and there was room for all. The Tin Star & Co team was attentive and answered ALL of our questions. There was a storm the night before and they replaced all the TVs! The hot tub was a hit as well as the fire pit. There are double washers and dryers which is a plus for large groups! Lots of amenities. If you have any issues, you make a call. That was very appreciated.
Amazing Girls Trip
Our 6 year Annual Girls Trip was amazing. The only reason that I didn’t give 5 stars is because of a few minor things that I only need to talk with management about and then hopefully I can update my review. We are already planning for next year.
Beautiful Cabin
Our annual friend stay at Willow Fork was lovely. The house is beautiful with exceptional interior design and decor. We had plenty of space and lots of entertainment.
The kitchen could have been better equipped for the size of the home and the number of people we were feeding. Additional pots and pans, serving dishes, and mixing bowls would be useful. Additionally, I did not love the only glassware were plastic cups. The rest of the home is very elegant and it felt off to not have actual glass drinkware.
My other feedback is the septic sprayers would go off while we were outside on the patio to where we would go inside to avoid the smell. A bit of a mood killer.
An Amazing Stay
This house is absolutely amazing! There were 24 of us and there was so much space for everyone. Is so beautiful! It was the easiest process to book and were so extremely helpful! We can’t wait to come back!
Fabulous New Cabin
This cabin is amazing! We stayed as a friend group - there was plenty of room to spread out or gather together.
It was great for groups and they were on top of anything that came up. Fully stocked kitchen with more than enough drinkware and plates! The double dishwasher was clutch. Would recommend they have more coffee maker for larger groups (2 pots instead of 1 as there were 14 of us so we went through the single pot quickly) and cleaning supplies or tell people to bring them.
Easy to locate. Love that it backs up to the woods. We were very impressed with the space and would absolutely book again.
One note - you can book this on multiple platforms so even if you have the process started with Tin Star the cabin can get booked elsewhere. Until the paperwork is finalized, it’s not yours. Also check your promotions or junk mail for messages from Tin Star as, even though one email may go to your inbox, the next may not (mine went to promotions and the first cabin I tried to book was booked elsewhere as I didn’t see the email in the other folder. Of course, that was a blessing because this cabin was WAY better!)

This property was simply AMAZING! Beautiful modern property with high end touches. Loved how the bedrooms were spaced out, beds were comfortable, and well equipped for weekend stay. Outdoor accomodations for entertaining and comfortable for dining and/or relaxing by the fireplace. Rooms were spaced apart perfectly for privacy. My entire group enjoyed this beautiful home despite a few ladybugs. We will definitely choose this property again.
Willow Fork retreat stay
The property is beautiful. No one (currently) is behind the cabin which makes you feel more secluded. It has plenty of space and was perfect for our womens Bible study retreat. We will be booking this again next year.

The floorplan was thoughtfully designed, offering plenty of space to gather while still providing private retreats for everyone in our group. The kitchen was a chef’s dream! Every detail had been considered, from high-quality appliances to ample counter space and a well-stocked pantry of essentials. Our chef couldn’t stop raving about how enjoyable it was to cook in such a thoughtfully designed space.
Mornings were a highlight of our stay—waking up to the breathtaking, picturesque backdrop of the surrounding nature was an experience we’ll cherish forever. The large windows and beautiful views made every moment feel like a postcard come to life.

This cabin is absolutely beautiful! It was modern up-to-date with beautiful finishes, but still cozy and perfect for a glamping trip! This large cabin accommodated our large group of family and friends with plenty of space, accommodations and stunning aesthetics! We will absolutely be back.
